Who do you post with?
We use Royal Mail second Class as Standard, we do sometimes use other couriers if the item is very large or there is postal issues within Royal Mail
What is your return policy?
While we run on a NON REFUND basis as our items are second hand, already used and likely have some wear, if you are not happy with your item please contact us with your concerns, we will do our best to rectify it.
The description is important to read carefully as it will tell you the condition, any damage on items you may buy, so please read them carefully before purchase.
Do you offer gift cards?
We offer gift card from £5-£50 there will have an online code written on the back of the voucher or can be used at any of the events we attend.
They are active for 1 year after purchase date
All you have to do is type in your code at check out and the amount will be taken from your basket before purchase.
Where are your services available?
Hayley offers services in Norfolk PE31 and a 10mile radius and Lincolnshire PE21 and a 10 mile radius.
